Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was lovely and quite comfortable, with very spacious rooms. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, despite being a bit aged and having a bad view and being in a noisy street.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, including a living room, a small kitchenette, and a jacuzzi tub, which was a fantastic surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. The dinner was tasty and reasonably priced for the location. The service was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to do and see in Prague within easy reach. The dining experience was fantastic, and the facilities were excellent.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the garden, and the bonus Christmas tree added a festive touch. The service was a mix of ups and downs, from attentive and helpful staff to some issues with requests being overlooked. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and with a peaceful ambiance. Dining was a highlight, offering a diverse and delicious selection of dishes. Despite a few drawbacks, the facilities added value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was great overall! The room I had was smaller than the one I booked, but it was excellent and spacious with a view over the back gardens. The hotel staff made sure everything was made up by the time we got back. They were all really helpful and kind, although the service wasn't consistent with the hotel's usual level. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do, very central and close to everything we needed. The dining experience was one of the best I've had, with a lovely choice of fresh quality food and drink.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the incredibly spacious suite overlooking the lively street, which felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, to the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Bilel, this place truly made my trip unforgettable. The central location near all the attractions was a major plus, although the only downside was the investment needed in actual double beds. The dining experience was outstanding, with amazing omelettes made to order, but the facilities could use some improvements. Overall, it was a fantastic value for the money!
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were beautifully appointed and furnished, with a great bathroom. The suite I stayed in was extremely comfortable and spacious, exactly what you would expect from the Leading Hotel of the World Group. The service was top-notch, with genuinely nice and kind staff. The location couldn't have been better, being on the edge of the Old Town with major attractions just minutes away. The dining experience was out of this world, presented in a beautiful garden. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a luxurious stay.
The hotel offers a unique and spacious room layout, perfect for a day full of exploration in the city. The service was exceptional, especially with efficient valet parking. Its location is superb for easily reaching main attractions, although be prepared for some noise from outside. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of choices, but communication with some staff members could be challenging. The facilities provided added convenience to the stay, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms, from the superior room to the spacious suite we upgraded to for our Honeymoon, were excellent and extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were lovely, very clean, and the food was delicious. However, the service, although not consistent with a leading hotel, particularly the valet parking, was still adequate. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town and the Charles Bridge. The dining experience was great, with a huge and delicious morning spread, although some waitresses had trouble with English. Overall, a memorable stay.
